Data minimization

RemakeRx is designed to request only the operational information needed to perform agreed quality and remake-pattern analysis. The founding audit is intended to use de-identified operational data and does not require patient names or addresses.

Website inquiries

When you contact RemakeRx, we may receive the business contact details you provide, such as your name, laboratory name, work email, and approximate case volume, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Audit data

Before any audit data is shared, RemakeRx will provide the requested field list and secure transfer instructions. Customer data should be de-identified before transfer unless a separate written agreement explicitly provides otherwise.

Clinical use

RemakeRx provides operational quality intelligence. It is not a clinical diagnostic service and is not intended to replace professional clinical judgment.
