Service scope

The RemakeRx founding audit is an operational analysis service focused on patterns in case and remake data. Final scope, data fields, timing, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and data handling should be governed by a written service agreement.

No clinical advice

RemakeRx does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical dental advice. Findings are operational signals and quality-improvement recommendations for customer review.

No guaranteed result

Analytical findings may identify patterns or investigation priorities but do not guarantee that a specific intervention will reduce remakes or improve financial performance.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide the data used for the service and for de-identifying data as required by the agreed intake process.
