Founding audit
Data-readiness checklist
RemakeRx starts with the minimum operational fields needed to investigate recurring remake patterns. For the founding audit, send only a de-identified CSV or XLSX after RemakeRx provides a customer-specific secure upload link.
Required fields
- Case_ID — a pseudonymous/internal case key, not a patient name.
- Account_ID — internal dentist/practice account identifier.
- Restoration_type — for example Crown, Bridge, Implant Crown.
- Material — for example Zirconia or Lithium Disilicate.
- Remake_Flag — 0/1 or yes/no.
- Remake_Reason — required for remake rows whenever available; controlled codes are preferred to free text.
Useful additional fields
- Case_received_period
- Original_Case_ID
- Digital_Analog
- Department_or_stage
- Pseudonymous Technician_ID, when appropriate
- Case_Value and customer-supplied Estimated_Remake_Cost
Do not send
Do not include patient names, dates of birth, street addresses, phone/email, insurance/member identifiers, medical-record identifiers, clinical images, or patient-identifying free text. If the export is not clearly de-identified, stop and prepare a minimized export before upload.
Readiness gate
Analysis begins only after the submitted dataset passes the RemakeRx data-readiness check. Missing or inconsistent data is reported back rather than silently inferred.
